Our privacy policy has been designed and created for those affiliated with SILVER BREEZE TRAVEL of our commitment and realization of our obligation to meet and exceed most existing privacy standards. THEREFORE, this Privacy Policy Agreement shall apply to SILVER BREEZE TRAVEL, and thus it shall govern any data collection and usage thereof. Through the use of wwwsilverbreezetravelscom. You are herein consenting to the following data procedures expressed within this agreement.

Please rest assured that SILVER BREEZE TRAVEL collects personal information that you knowingly and willingly provide through surveys, completed membership forms, and emails. At times, we may find it necessary to use personally identifiable information as a means to keep you informed of other possible products and services that may be available to you from wwwsilverbreezetravelcom. SILVER BREEZE TRAVEL may also be in contact concerning completing surveys and research questionnaires related to your opinion of current or potential future services that may be offered.

Dear valuable Silver Breeze Travel client, once you have made reservations and received confirmation of your requested dates, if for any reason you may change/cancel your reservation after receiving proof/confirmation, there is a 375.00 USD and up! Charge per person for changing/ canceling reservation after assurances have been given.

Please be advised if hotel flights/car rental reservations are canceled or a no-show, you will be responsible for paying the equal amount that silver breeze travel has paid out to the supplier. These amounts can be different depending on your travel arrangements.

Don’t hesitate to contact your travel coordinator with any additional requests. For any bookings with a party of 3 or more, please book reservations 60-90 days ahead. This guarantees your travel coordinator will be able to grant your request as requested.

Please be advised If any Silver Breeze travel client has canceled any portion of their package or has confirmed dates and there is a no-show. Suppose there is a cancellation fee and the cancellation fee is not paid at the time of knowledge of you knowing. In that case, the client will be required to confirm the next travel 18 months after the last confirmed booking date/ even then, a cancellation fee must be paid to act on any portion of your Silver Breeze Travel Packages. If the client owes a fee, your agent is responsible for reaching out to you by email and making the client full aware.

Clients that have cancel any SBT package they have with Silver Breeze Travel will be required to travel 24 months after the confirmed cancel package date on any existing SBT active promotional package that is currently in effect.

Depending on which Tier Silver Breeze Travel clients have, Clients with an SBT or SVIP9, SVIP3, or SVIP7 starting confirmation number will be required to travel nine months apart from the last booking confirmed date clients that have theme park passes will receive 50.00 USD off per ticket; SBT clients that can confirmed reservations with a 7 or 14 day advance notice will be allowed 7 reservations per year to travel less that 60 days required mark.

for SBT VIP Clients if the Silver Breeze Travel board of directors agree to waive cancellation fees on a

non-refundable confirmed reservation. The SBT VIP Client will have a placed restriction on the account for 12 months: All reservations would have to be made with a 60-day advance firm notice.

All reservations Hotel, Car rental Flights, and Cruises will have to be reserved 60-90 days, firm in advance to guarantee your requested dates unless different arrangements have been made with your travel coordinator in writing; please email cs@silver7719.com for any questions or concerns regarding your Silver Breeze Travel Membership. EFFECTIVE 3/1/2023 all clients will be charged a 3% credit card processing fee when booking reservations This applies to all VISA, MASTERCARD, AMEX, DISCOVER, AND OTHERS

SBT TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR TRAVEL

EFFECTIVE 12/15/22 latest update as of 4/1/2024 All Silver Breeze Travel members can utilize Four roundtrip airfares, USA , every 12 months apart. All SBT VIP Clients can travel on two roundtrip USA or Global flights every 12 months apart. Please remember that all flight arrangements must fly from the same airport and back into the same airport. All Cruise credit amounts are divided into ten ten-year life span. All Marriot and affiliate hotels can be taken at a maximum of 4 nights every 12 months apart. All Marriot hotels automatically give an SBT hotel credit of 150.00 USD per night. Hotel days, meaning clients receive hotel options, can be taken at ten nights per 12 months each calendar year. SBT VIP clients can utilize 14 nights per 12 months each

Each client has a customer number where all your active Silver Breeze Travel packages are placed and the amount you have paid to re-activate your travel promotional/Discounted packages with no timeshare and no annual /year fees attached. Once I input your request into the system under your customer number, the system will let me know the total cost for your specific request. This means the price would not always be the same; however, your Silver Breeze Travel credits/hotel are consistently applied, so you can see the savings/cost-effective price by utilizing your Silver Breeze Travel Vacations.

SBT TRAVEL CLIENT SHALL PASS AWAY.

If a Silver Breeze Travel client passes away, the responsible party would need to provide the 3-digit PIN number on the account and pay a one-time transfer fee of $6299.00 USD to transfer all travel packages completely in their name. The Silver Breeze Travel, promotional travel vacations, will still be lifetime with no timeshares attached and no annual fees.

Effective July 1st, 2024, all SVIP Clients must confirm reservations with a 21-day advance notice to guarantee travel requests.

Effective Immediately

Silver Breeze Travel will no longer have access to advertising or assisting clients in selling unused travel that the clients own. Rest and ensure the client can still utilize any part of their promotional discounted packages or transfer to a family member or friend with the owner of the package's permission. The client may sell their unused promotional packages on their own. We do apologize for any inconvenience that this may cause. Thank you for being a valuable client to Silver Breeze Travel.

ALL FLIGHT ARRANGEMENTS MUST FLY OUT OF THE SAME AIRPORT AND BACK INTO THE SAME AIRPORT MATCHING THE EXACT DATES OF TRAVEL FOR CONFIRMED DATES.

ALL SBT CLIENTS WITH NO-COST RESERVATIONS CAN UTILIZE THIS BENEFIT TO A MAXIMUM AMOUNT OF 6,000 USD IN TOTAL This does include, Flights Hotels, Car rentals, Crusies and excursions. If you have many no-cost reservations, the maximum is 6,000 USD. FLIGHTS, HOTEL CAR RENTAL , CRUISES CLIENTS ARE RESPONSIBLE TO PAY THIER TAXES AND FEES; All SBTclients that are in Gold/VIP Tier memberships that can travel with a limit advance notice must travel 4 months apart the last confirmed booking.

Clients have five days to cancel (applies to new clients only) any Silver breeze travel package from when they receive their Silverbreeze Travel booklet by FedEx. In addition to this statement, the Silverbreeze travel booklet must be mailed and returned to receive a full refund; if the SBT BOOKLET is not returned with a tracking number within two days after cancellation has been made, there will be a 300.00 USD NON-REFUNDABLE FEE DEDUCTED FROM FULL AMOUNT if the product/ is not returned.

The refund will be honored by calling by email support@sbtadmin.net / cs@silver7719.com. You can fax your request to 1-954-510-9229. After the five-day grace period is expired, there will be no refunds issued Effective 2/1/2021

Clients are responsible for taxes on their hotels, flights and car rental/ resorts accommodations
